Shipping Information

Your happiness is our first priority.  Because each piece is handmade, your order will ship within 5 business days.  If you need your order more quickly please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.

We ship worldwide.  If you live in the US, Canada or Mexico please place your order online.  Otherwise we ask that you email or call us to place your order, and payment will need to be wired.

• US Mail — $0 flat rate

• UPS Ground — $7 flat rate

• 2nd Day — $21 flat rate

US Mail

We ship USPS First Class domestic and international.  You should receive your order within 1-4 business days; and up to 10 business days from the date of dispatch to Asia, Australia and Europe.

UPS Ground

Packages are delivered Monday through Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday. 

We will happily email your tracking # upon shipping.

UPS 2nd Day Air

Should be delivered within two business days of the shipment date. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We believe in our product.  Therefore, we would be happy to provide you with an exchange, or credit, if you would like to return a piece, or your entire order. Please return your items within 10 days of receipt.
